AI Trainer, Language Alignment & Resource Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, annotate, and assess AI outputs for grammatical precision, natural flow, and cultural relevance.

• Serve as the primary quality assurance during production, pinpointing and rectifying nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions.

• Examine task quality trends and independently create educational materials and feedback documents.

• Provide native-level language validation during project expansion.

• Deliver specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Work independently to offer linguistic quality assurance and develop alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that demand meticulous attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed English language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to transform unrefined feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational materials.

• Detail-oriented approach to language with the ability to detect and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.

• Native-level proficiency in the target language.

• Engagement as an independent contractor or freelancer.
