AI Trainer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with AI systems.

• Assess model outputs and adhere to task guidelines.

• Aid in the generation of high-quality training data.

• Analyze responses and pinpoint inconsistencies.

• Offer feedback and assist in organizing information for optimal model learning.

• Articulate reasoning and document uncertainties.

• Execute clearly defined project tasks autonomously.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience required.

• Self-reliant contributor with an interest in artificial intelligence and a desire to understand how AI models are constructed, assessed, and enhanced.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate observations clearly.

• Considerate and reflective mindset, including the capacity to explain reasoning and acknowledge uncertainties.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.

• Must be independently authorized to complete deliverables in the relevant jurisdiction without requiring visa sponsorship or assistance.

• Contractors needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.

• Engagement as an independent contractor or freelancer.
