• Coordinate efforts between technical teams and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Craft strategic narratives to inform and guide decision-making processes.

• Oversee interactions with partners, internal leadership, clients, and technical teams.

• Align technical discussions with Kunumi’s strategic objectives.

• Direct the governance and successful implementation of AI projects by establishing tracking systems.

• Evaluate implications, foresee risks, and assist in decision-making regarding AI and advanced engineering matters.

• Empower leadership and autonomy among technical leaders by eliminating obstacles and streamlining processes.

• Mediate tensions, conflicts, disagreements, and demands from various stakeholders.

• Identify critical issues, dependencies, and misalignments, offering structured solutions.

• Proven experience in leading complex projects within technology, product, or innovation sectors.

• Capability to act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating technical complexities into strategic insights.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management across various organizational levels, including aligning expectations and mediating interests.
