AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Program management: leading the delivery of the AI AAA Series and additional AI LCC initiatives, while fostering partnerships with pioneering AI companies.

• Community facilitation and growth: expanding and nurturing the AI LCC community across WhatsApp and other platforms, designing learning circles, and recognizing key power-users.

• AI integration and innovation: testing AI-driven tools for summarizing, translating, and supporting the community on a large scale.

• Ethical AI dialogue: guiding safe-space discussions on data privacy, bias, and the responsible adoption of AI technologies.

• Operations, analytics, and content: monitoring community and program health metrics, and creating mobile-first multimedia content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing program delivery and/or establishing, scaling, and overseeing highly engaged digital communities, especially on social-first platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord.

• Demonstrated experience with distributed or facilitative leadership approaches, empowering members to take initiative instead of relying on top-down moderation.

• Experience in developing partnerships, preferably with technology or AI companies.

• Extensive hands-on experience with foundational models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) and practical prompt engineering skills in educational or professional settings.

• Proven ability to create multimedia content (video, graphics, guides) and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Proficient in using data and community analytics to monitor engagement, sentiment, and learning outcomes.

• Experience working in global, cross-cultural, and multi-time-zone environments.

• Strong alignment with Teach For All's mission and a dedication to educational equity.

• Spanish fluency or working proficiency is considered a plus.
