AI Solutions Engineer – German-speaking, Spanish & Italian-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Design and implement customer workflows, automations, and integrations powered by AI.

• Create integrations utilizing APIs, webhooks, authentication, and contemporary integration methodologies.

• Develop lightweight applications and accompanying code to address specific customer challenges.

• Diagnose issues in production environments and enhance AI deployments.

• Shape product development by converting customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.

• Construct reusable deployment templates and best practices that can be scaled across various customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses strong commercial software engineering experience and enjoys tackling practical customer issues.

• Has experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and cloud-based solutions.

• Familiar with modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompting techniques, AI workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Enjoys translating intricate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Approaches engineering with a pragmatic mindset, balancing speed and reliability.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Fluent in either native German or native/near-native Spanish and Italian, with confident communication skills in English.

• Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript, Python, or contemporary backend frameworks. Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and production debugging. Experience with conversational AI, voice technologies, or CRM integrations. An authentic curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
