AI Solutions Engineer, Full-stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain telephony systems that utilize both human agents and AI, leveraging Replit, Twilio, and Retell AI.

• Set up intelligent voice agents and routing pipelines for multi-organization environments.

• Design and construct custom business tools that integrate telephony, recurring billing, scheduling systems, CRM/ERP solutions, and automated reporting dashboards.

• Enhance and maintain modern, fast, and responsive user interfaces and internal dashboards using Astro and React.

• Quickly prototype features, deploy code effectively, and automate workflows with Replit and Hercules.

• Oversee HubSpot CRM data pipelines, which include managing data flows, webhook processing, mapping, and conversion tracking.

• Evaluate tool performance against commercial KPIs such as lead capture efficiency, scheduling utilization, and system uptime.

• Uphold clean coding standards, secure API connections, and robust data governance across custom internal applications.

• Spearhead the technical development and automation of business tools for a storage and logistics company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating custom internal tools, automating workflows, or integrating SaaS solutions with measurable business outcomes.

• Comprehensive daily experience with conversational AI tools and platforms, particularly Replit and Hercules, in addition to LLM API integrations.

• Strong technical knowledge of voice or SMS workflows utilizing Twilio.

• Experience in integrating AI voice layers with Retell AI.

• Proficiency in frontend development using Astro and React.

• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, including webhooks, custom objects, data synchronization, and API workflows.

• Capability to link software engineering decisions to business metrics, profitability, and operational scalability.

• Experience with multi-location, franchise, or multi-organization business structures is highly valued.

• Disclosure of any ongoing roles or client commitments is required.
