AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients after closing to gain insights into workflows, operational processes, and deployment needs.

• Convert customer insights into concise implementation plans for AI-driven solutions.

• Evaluate data readiness and collect inputs for AI workflows.

• Set up and integrate AI elements into customized, AI-focused workflows.

• Collaborate with R&D to address data deficiencies and enhance product functionalities.

• Take ownership of the complete solution deployment process and ensure that models fulfill performance and business value criteria.

• Establish success metrics and promote usage following the launch.

• Lead integrations with enterprise systems, including Finance, ERP, and email platforms.

• Assist customers in navigating security, compliance, and IT approval processes.

• Strategize and implement rollouts to facilitate smooth deployment and user adoption.

• Work closely with founders, Product, and R&D teams to deploy and scale intricate AI-powered enterprise solutions.

• Contribute to defining the evolution of the delivery function as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a related post-sale customer-facing position.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Deep understanding of AI concepts and their applications in enterprise settings.

• High proficiency in contemporary AI tools and workflows.

• Experience in managing deployments across cloud environments and integrating enterprise systems.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record in overseeing solution delivery throughout the entire post-sale customer lifecycle.

• Experience with B2B enterprise clients (minimum of 3 years).

• Basic to advanced programming skills, including the capability to read and comprehend code.

• Must be currently authorized to work in Germany.

• Authorization must not require future renewal or sponsorship by Reindeer.
