AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and construct applications and infrastructure components for solutions related to application hosting.

• Create utilities, tools, data corrections, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations to support internal staff and specialized initiatives.

• Engage in communication with internal personnel, external development partners, and customer development teams.

• Take part in organization-wide learning and development initiatives.

• Foster the growth and development of team members in line with the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

• Develop smart, autonomous agentic solutions that enhance business processes and integrate with enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in developing applications within a cloud-based environment, particularly AWS.

• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI/Agent-based solutions.

• Proven experience in developing agents on MCP servers using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrating with LLM provider APIs.

• Proficient in optimizing AI-driven solutions for token efficiency and performance.

• Experience in data integration between systems using APIs.

• Practical experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.

• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture, services, and features, focusing on containers, serverless architecture, security, and networking.

• Proficient in Python and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with PHP, NodeJS, and React is advantageous.

• Experience with databases, including both RDBMS and NoSQL, is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.
