AI Solutions Architect – Software Engineering Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Convert business needs into concrete, scalable AI solutions that make an impact.

• Define the architecture and evolution of the solutions as a product.

• Coordinate the various teams involved until delivery.

• Define, design, and evolve product solutions that align with business objectives.

• Translate functional requirements into viable technical proposals.

• Rapidly iterate solutions using AI tools and experimental approaches.

• Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams, ensuring focus, pace, and quality in delivery.

• Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies between teams.

• Serve as a link between business, technology, and product.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and results orientation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in defining, evolving, and managing digital products, with a particular focus on technological and AI solutions.

• Ability to translate business needs into viable, scalable, end-to-end technological solutions that are impact-oriented.

• Experience in designing and implementing AI-based solutions, from conceptualization and prototyping to product integration.

• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with various stakeholders in business, product, and technology.

• Strong technical foundation in software architecture, development, systems, or cloud environments.

• Knowledge of scalable architectures: APIs, microservices, cloud-native, etc.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Practical experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to development, including development assistants, code generation, refactoring, rapid prototyping, experimentation, analysis, documentation, and ideation.

• English level B2 or higher.
