AI Solutions Architect, Copilot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by posing questions, challenging assumptions, and assisting in defining ambiguous issues.

• Foster consensus among stakeholders with varied or conflicting priorities.

• Educate and support end users during organizational transformations.

• Convert business challenges into technical specifications and simplify technical constraints into understandable terms.

• Design and create solutions utilizing Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and associated Power Platform tools.

• Integrate adaptive cards, connectors, triggers, and APIs as needed.

• Develop prompts and grounding strategies for Copilot, Claude, and related AI technologies.

• Construct and prototype with AI tools related to Copilot for development and automation within data-control limits.

• Apply workflows to Anthropic's Claude where applicable.

• Engage in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing solutions.

• Document decisions and create user manuals.

• Escalate and resolve issues while guiding teammates.

• Assess new AI tools and platforms while ensuring compliance, governance, and data protection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience in any field, with backgrounds in philosophy, humanities, and social sciences welcomed.

• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong critical thinking and structured reasoning abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to present to and persuade skeptical or non-technical audiences.

• Diplomatic skills and consensus-building capabilities, with a comfort level in navigating disagreements.

• Genuine interest in AI and a proven ability to quickly learn new tools.

• Ability to improvise solutions to non-technical challenges, including political, organizational, or interpersonal friction.

• Hands-on experience or a strong aptitude to rapidly acquire experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Claude, including prompt engineering and LLM behavior.

• Capability to operate within a regulated environment with stringent data controls, balancing experimentation with compliance.

• Preferred: Background in strategy consulting, teaching, philosophy, logic, mediation/facilitation, or debate.

• Preferred: Understanding of Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and system integrations.

• Preferred: Experience with RAG-based architectures.

• Preferred: Certifications in Power Platform, AI, or specialties related to Copilot.

• Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
