AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Perform pre-sale and discovery tasks, which include responding to RFI/RFPs, estimating project scopes, and collaborating on proposals.

• Establish non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural considerations.

• Evaluate the impact of AI advancements on the industry and facilitate the integration of AI solutions across the organization.

• Create AI-first solutions, such as multi-agent orchestrators, RAG systems, and features powered by AI.

• Design systems, document architectures, and carry out architecture reviews.

• Examine project challenges and limitations concerning scope, resources, and timelines.

• Work alongside software development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

• Develop proof-of-concepts and perform code reviews.

• Engage in technical pre-sales activities, client-facing presentations, and discussions regarding technical vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a software architect.

• Proficiency in planning, managing, and executing an IT strategy.

• Experience with AI harnesses and agent orchestration.

• Capability to propose technical solutions that meet business needs, including those based on LLM and AI agents.

• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud services, and current technology trends.

• Understanding of business analysis, project management, and testing methodologies.

• Experience with architectural patterns such as Modular Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven, and Serverless architectures.

• Skill in structuring and detailing data pipelines, data structures, and diverse data sources.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level.

• Experience with Python and Node.js projects is advantageous.

• Background in Fintech is a significant plus.
