This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create cutting-edge products utilizing foundation models and machine learning techniques.

• Assess the effects of data solutions, translating technical metrics into strategic insights for upper management.

• Serve as a consultant to stakeholders in identifying opportunities, designing new solutions, or enhancing existing products.

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, incorporating perspectives from Product, Design, and Engineering.

• Ensure the ongoing development and proactive maintenance of the current product ecosystem.

• Support data-driven decision-making and leverage Machine Learning and AI to deliver business solutions.

• Develop tools and technologies that facilitate widespread access to information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Statistics and Machine Learning (mandatory).

• Proficient in Python and SQL.

• Practical experience with code version control systems (Git).

• Experience working with foundation model APIs.

• Familiarity with cross-functional team dynamics.

• A collaborative mindset, emphasizing knowledge sharing and independence.

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to leadership and business stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on execution.

• Preferred: experience with the complete lifecycle of deploying and monitoring models in production.

• Preferred: experience with RAG and LLM development frameworks.

• Preferred: experience in monitoring the performance and costs associated with foundation models.
