AI-Savvy Project & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish across various sectors including cosmetics, software, health, and the family office.

• Identify suppliers, manage communications, follow up on samples and pricing, review contracts, and provide recommendations for product launches.

• Transform research into organized comparisons and informed decisions.

• Establish new companies with the assistance of lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors in multiple jurisdictions.

• Develop processes, trackers, control dashboards, and automations utilizing AI technology.

• Manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously and ensure their completion by collaborating with others.

• Oversee financial planning and control across companies as the role evolves.

• Collaborate with the founder on marketing efforts by analyzing performance metrics, managing paid advertisements, and conducting A/B testing.

• Engage in recruitment activities including outreach, candidate screening, and providing hiring input as the role progresses.

• Work closely with company teams on the most critical priorities each month.

• Maintain a full-time, remote work schedule from Monday to Friday, with a maximum time difference of three hours from CET/EET.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a position that necessitates independent problem-solving, such as consulting, startup roles, agency work, founding your own venture, or similar experiences.

• Outstanding raw problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English; capable of negotiating in English.

• Daily engagement with AI tools and the ability to articulate actual workflows.

• Comfortable working with numbers and contracts; skilled in creating comparison sheets and interpreting supplier agreements.

• Not a developer, but capable of managing and verifying AI-generated outputs.

• Exclusive full-time commitment; this will be your sole employment.

• Preferred experience in e-commerce, product launches, or marketing.

• Preferred experience in sourcing and liaising with international manufacturers.

• Previous experience in a startup, family office, or multi-company setting is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
