This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.
• Provide complimentary AI diagnoses to CEOs or COOs as findings, transforming credibility into paid Leadership Intensives.
• Collaborate with the account executive to manage the closing process, taking ownership of the narrative and the request.
• Conduct in-depth sessions within client systems and data to pinpoint prioritized AI opportunities.
• Lead hands-on development sessions where executives produce interactive preliminary versions using their data and AI tools.
• Educate on AI concepts, evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-hire considerations, and differentiate routine versus judgment calls.
• Oversee deliverables between sessions, including data exports and contributions from client leaders.
• Deliver around 70% standardized, reusable Intensive content and 30% client-specific material.
• Co-present 90-day technical roadmaps alongside senior engineers and finalize pod engagements.
• Accurately position client-managed pods, fully managed pods, on-call senior support, and credited Intensive fees.
• Address objections related to in-house hiring, nearshore talent, and implementation risks.
• Offer weekly structured feedback on diagnosis systems, presentations, playbooks, and closing scripts.
• Record sessions with consent, highlight significant moments, and assist in onboarding facilitators.
• Aid in establishing hiring standards and training prospective facilitators.
• Conduct two to three Intensive sessions, one or two diagnosis presentations, and one roadmap closing in a typical week.
• Manage the complete client-facing process and achieve targets for conversion, session quality, deal durability, and machine contribution.
• At least 5 years of experience in quota-carrying consultative B2B sales, sales engineering, or paid advisory roles targeting founders, CEOs, and C-level executives.
• Proven track record of executive-level closes with quantifiable results and references present during the discussions.
• Experience facilitating paid workshops, executive retreats, enablement programs, or critical demonstrations.
• Proficiency in AI, with daily usage of AI tools and the ability to perform live demonstrations of functional automation or agent flows.
• Capacity to articulate technical methodologies in simple terms and provide reliable build-versus-buy guidance.
• Understanding of business processes, including the ability to map manual hours in procedures like quote-to-cash or month-end closing.
• Charismatic, quick, and slightly irreverent presence paired with a structured agenda and effective closing abilities.
• Complete professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST / U.S. business hours that align with client time zones.
