📋 Description

• Construct and oversee a fund that targets investments resilient to AI disruptions, political uncertainties, and fundamental economic changes.

• Formulate and take ownership of the investment thesis and portfolio strategy with a forward-looking 20-year perspective.

• Spearhead capital fundraising by identifying, nurturing, and finalizing relationships with limited partners (LPs).

• Identify, assess, and implement investments across various asset classes that align with the resilience thesis.

• Provide guidance to fund investors on risk-adjusted positioning in an economy transformed by AI.

• Collaborate with the leadership of Human Agency to refine and adapt the thesis as the market landscape evolves.

• Extensive experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, or institutional investment.

• A well-established network of prospective LPs and co-investors.

• Proven experience in capital raising.

• In-depth, informed conviction regarding the transformative and disruptive nature of AI.

• Long-term investment mindset with a focus on a 20-year horizon.
