📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a fund that focuses on investments resilient to disruptions caused by AI, political upheaval, and significant economic changes.

• Formulate and take ownership of the investment thesis and portfolio strategy with a vision extending over 20 years.

• Initiate capital raising efforts from the outset by identifying, nurturing, and finalizing relationships with limited partners.

• Identify, assess, and implement investments across various asset classes that align with the resilience thesis.

• Provide guidance to fund investors regarding risk-adjusted positions in an economy transformed by AI.

• Collaborate with Human Agency leadership to continuously adapt and enhance the thesis in response to evolving market conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, or institutional investment.

• A well-established network of potential limited partners and co-investors — you have successfully raised capital in the past and have the capability to do so again.

• A practical and informed conviction regarding the transformative and disruptive potential of AI — focused on real-world application rather than theoretical concepts.

• A long-term investment perspective — you are constructing a portfolio aimed at 2045, rather than optimizing for the upcoming quarter.

• Outstanding integrity and reliability.

• A mindset geared towards building and creating.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and maintain focus on long-term goals.
