AI Resilience Fund Manager

📋 Description

• Create and oversee a fund that focuses on investments resilient to disruptions caused by AI, political instability, and significant economic changes.

• Formulate and take ownership of the investment thesis and portfolio strategy with a long-term perspective of 20 years.

• Spearhead capital raising efforts by identifying, nurturing, and finalizing relationships with limited partners (LPs).

• Identify, assess, and implement investments across various asset classes that align with the resilience thesis.

• Provide guidance to fund investors on risk-adjusted positioning in an economy transformed by AI.

• Collaborate with the leadership of Human Agency to continuously refine and adapt the thesis in response to evolving market dynamics.

• Extensive experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, or institutional investment.

• A well-established network of prospective LPs and co-investors.

• Proven track record in capital raising.

• Informed and practical conviction regarding AI's transformative and disruptive potential.

• A long-term investment mindset.

• Outstanding integrity and trustworthiness.

• A mindset geared towards building and developing.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work within a long-term horizon.
