AI Product Quality Specialist – Contractor

📋 Description

• Assess and resolve product issues reported by users.

• Regularly engage with the codebase, implement fixes, and validate them prior to deployment.

• Analyze user feedback to pinpoint underlying issues and prioritize them accordingly.

• Oversee product quality and detect patterns and systemic problems.

• Conduct tests on changes, evaluate relevant edge cases, and verify reported workflows before finalization.

• Utilize Claude Code and other AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Provide clear updates regarding unresolved, fixed, and outstanding issues.

• Record fixes, edge cases, and recurring problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in software products in a QA, product, or technical support capacity.

• Experience in building or experimenting with Claude Code.

• Knowledge of applying AI tools to expedite real work processes.

• Proven ability to resolve product issues swiftly and independently.

• Capacity to interpret user feedback and differentiate between important signals and irrelevant noise.

• Adequate UX understanding to recognize genuine user challenges.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Capability to escalate issues with actionable insights.

• Comfort in working without a defined process while developing an independent system for managing tasks.

• Must be based in the US or Canada.

• Ability to remain responsive during active sprints.
