AI Product Quality Specialist – Contractor

📋 Description

• Assess and address product issues reported by users.

• Engage regularly with the codebase, implement fixes, and verify them prior to release.

• Analyze user feedback to uncover root problems and prioritize them effectively.

• Oversee product quality and user experience across various products.

• Identify patterns and systemic issues before they escalate.

• Evaluate changes, review relevant edge cases, and ensure that reported workflows function correctly before resolution.

• Leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to expedite issue resolution.

• Relay product issues, solutions, and pending tasks to relevant team members.

• Record fixes, edge cases, and recurring issues to enhance institutional knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the US or Canada.

• Practical experience in software products within QA, product, or technical support roles.

• Experience in developing or experimenting with Claude Code.

• Knowledge of utilizing AI tools to enhance real work efficiency.

• Proven ability to resolve product issues swiftly and autonomously.

• Capability to interpret user feedback and differentiate genuine problems from irrelevant noise.

• Adequate UX knowledge to evaluate user complaints effectively.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to escalate issues with actionable insights for product leads.

• Comfort in working without strict processes and creating an independent system to manage workload.

• Ability to act quickly and stay responsive during active development sprints.

• Readiness to start immediately or in the near future.
