AI Product Quality Specialist – Contractor

📋 Description

• Assess and address product-related issues reported by users.

• Engage with the codebase, implement fixes, and verify them prior to release.

• Analyze user feedback to uncover underlying problems and prioritize issues accordingly.

• Oversee product quality and user experience across various products.

• Detect patterns and systemic challenges before they escalate.

• Conduct tests, evaluate relevant edge cases, and ensure that reported workflows function correctly prior to resolution.

• Leverage Claude Code and other AI tools to expedite the issue resolution process.

• Provide clear and specific updates to relevant team members.

• Document solutions, edge cases, and recurring issues to enhance institutional knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in software product roles such as QA, product management, or technical support.

• Familiarity with building or experimenting with Claude Code and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

• Proven ability to resolve product issues swiftly and autonomously.

• Skill in interpreting user feedback and differentiating significant issues from irrelevant ones.

• Adequate understanding of user experience to identify genuine user concerns.

• Proficient written communication and capability to escalate issues effectively.

• Capacity to operate without a detailed process and establish an independent system for workload management.

• Located in the US or Canada.

• Ability to remain responsive during active sprints.
