
AI Product Manager – Media Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of client engagements from inception to execution, covering discovery, scoping, and delivery.
• Act as the main product representative for clients.
• Offer specialized knowledge on streaming and OTT media products.
• Define and manage greenfield product developments using an agentic methodology.
• Lead initiatives for platform reconstruction and modernization.
• Design and facilitate AI-native enablement for client product and engineering teams.
• Convert vague client requests into clearly defined work, PRDs, success metrics, and structured delivery timelines.
• Collaborate directly with agentic engineers to choose suitable deterministic or agentic solutions.
• Establish guidelines and evaluation standards for AI agents.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous engagements while balancing competing timelines, budgets, and project types.
• Conduct client steering committees, sprint reviews, and discussions regarding scope or feasibility.
• Define success metrics and ROI outcomes, ensuring team accountability.
• Contribute to the development of internal playbooks focused on AI-first delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years in product management, responsible for scope, roadmap, and delivery results.
• Experience in agency or consulting roles across various clients or accounts.
• Proven track record of managing at least two of the following: a zero-to-one greenfield build, a legacy platform rebuild/migration, or a client-facing enablement or training project.
• Practical experience in scoping, developing, or launching AI agent products or workflows.
• Knowledge of the tradeoffs between agentic and deterministic methodologies.
• Capacity to engage in technical discussions about architecture, evaluations, and guidelines.
• Skill in simplifying agentic concepts for non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to present to VP-level stakeholders and manage objections.
• Excellent scoping and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
