AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for the creation or enhancement of Vero tools and processes.

• Gain a deep understanding of user and business challenges.

• Convert user needs and business issues into product requirements and priorities.

• Manage projects from conception through experimentation, development, testing, and implementation.

• Collaborate with technical developers, R&D colleagues, and internal stakeholders.

• Define project priorities, milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines.

• Coordinate experiments and prototype testing activities.

• Collect feedback and translate it into product enhancements.

• Assess which ideas should advance, pivot, or be discontinued.

• Handle competing requirements and align teams effectively.

• Identify dependencies, obstacles, and risks, and facilitate their resolution.

• Propel prototypes towards implementation and adoption.

• Communicate progress, decisions, and technical concepts to various audiences.

• Ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and beneficial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in product and/or project management, preferably within a technology or AI-driven setting.

• Proven capability in managing projects from start to finish while guiding multidisciplinary teams towards successful delivery.

• Strong emphasis on user-centered problem-solving.

• Ability to distill complex or unclear challenges into clear priorities and actionable steps.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration among product, development, marketing, and other multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with AI concepts and infrastructure, including LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG.

• Technical fluency to engage in productive discussions with developers and comprehend technical trade-offs.

• Clear and confident communication style.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Comfortable experimenting, gathering feedback, and adapting based on evidence.

• Possess a growth mindset; adaptable to ambiguity and dynamic entrepreneurial settings.

• Experience in delivering AI or technology products is a plus.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance business processes is a plus.

• Experience with early-stage experiments or rapid prototypes is a plus.

• Familiarity with low/no-code prototyping tools like Lovable is a plus.

• Some hands-on coding or technical development experience is a plus.

• Experience in the market research or insights sector is a plus.
