AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Transform intricate model architectures, data analyses, and feature engineering into scalable agent design patterns.

• Drive process reimagining by evaluating legacy workflows and creating automated, AI-powered alternatives.

• Organize data, operational limitations, and guidelines to enhance LLM performance and ensure output reliability.

• Create low-fidelity prototypes to test essential AI features, user experiences, and model feasibility.

• Develop evaluation frameworks aligned with business objectives and establish metrics to assess program impact.

• Design and implement advanced AI agents, including RAG solutions, vector search integration, and multi-agent systems utilizing A2A and MCP.

• Connect technical execution with business strategy for a variety of stakeholders.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives that promote enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business results.

• Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and consulting teams across different regions.

• Cultivate strategic client partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product management, systems or solution architecture, software/platform engineering, or technical leadership in client-facing roles.

• Experience in designing comprehensive AI systems, including RAG, vector databases, and API integrations.

• Proven track record in defining AI product/workflow specifications.

• Active involvement in internal and client-facing meetings.

• Capability to provide consistent, structured updates concerning project milestones and technical challenges.

• Willingness to seek assistance when facing technical obstacles and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.

• Ability to convert high-level business objectives into solid technical architectures.

• Background in financial services or retail is preferred.

• Understanding of privacy and compliance standards for handling PII through masking and redaction is preferred.
