AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of systems that drive Ledgebrook's fully autonomous underwriting engine.

• Spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of intricate AI/ML projects.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, analytics, and business teams.

• Work in partnership with engineering, analytics, and business leaders to establish priorities.

• Manage sprints and ensure alignment of the AI roadmap with organizational objectives.

• Identify and assess high-impact AI use cases.

• Coordinate efforts across teams to deliver significant internal systems.

• Define and evaluate key success metrics for products.

• Utilize data to guide product strategy and inform decision-making processes.

• Develop innovative insurance products that fulfill customer requirements and foster business growth.

• Provide mentorship to others while remaining engaged with coding and architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, demonstrating a successful product launch history.

• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML or data-driven products in production settings.

• Strong grasp of machine learning principles, including Agentic Workflows, NLP, and LLMs.

• Experience with contemporary LLM platforms (such as Claude, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock).

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.

• Experience managing human reviews of AI workflows using tools such as A2I.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with agile development practices.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Comprehensive understanding of product development processes from concept to launch.

• Exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Applicants from the U.S. must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work visas.

• Preferred: Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated sectors.

• Preferred: Background in scaling AI/ML projects in a startup or rapidly growing environment.

• Preferred: Previous hands-on experience in engineering related to AI/ML or data science.
