This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance internal AI capabilities to support Revenue Operations.
• Create and implement strategies to refine internal AI products focused on sales execution, forecasting, deal governance, proposals, and enablement workflows.
• Take ownership of prioritization, scope, sequencing, and timelines for AI capabilities, enhancements, and experimental initiatives.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify what to build, when to launch, and how to optimize AI solutions.
• Effectively communicate priorities, trade-offs, progress, risks, and anticipated value to RevOps and senior leadership.
• Utilize product management and user-experience principles to foster adoption, trust, quality, and productivity.
• Cultivate subject-matter expertise in RevOps areas through stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, usage metrics, and performance results.
• Coordinate with engineers, data teams, product leaders, and RevOps stakeholders to advance initiatives from conceptualization to production and ongoing usage.
• Define, monitor, and report on AI initiative metrics, including adoption rates, accuracy, time savings, process efficiency, deal quality, and revenue impact.
• Assess post-release AI performance and make iterative improvements based on usage, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
• Integrate feedback from Sales, Enablement, Proposal, and Operations teams into the roadmap and solution strategies.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.
• Ensure privacy for employee and customer data and complete necessary privacy training.
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience in delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in an operational setting.
• Experience collaborating with or developing AI/ML systems, including predictive models, recommendation engines, NLP/LLM-based solutions, workflow automation, or AI agents.
• Understanding of AI product principles, encompassing model limitations, data quality and labeling, prompt design, evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean.
• Strong organizational and quantitative analytical abilities.
• Technical proficiency to work alongside engineers and data teams, understanding the trade-offs between model performance, cost, latency, and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for technical teams, RevOps stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Capability to decompose complex AI initiatives into manageable increments.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
