AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and execution related to AI-powered features across the Employ platform.

• Spot opportunities where AI can enhance customer workflows, boost productivity, and improve customer outcomes.

• Articulate the product vision and prioritize investments in Employ's recruiting solutions, which include Lever, Jobvite, and JazzHR.

• Drive the advancement of AI assistants, agents, conversational experiences, intelligent recommendations, automation, and AI insights.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to assess emerging AI technologies and convert them into customer solutions.

• Work alongside design teams to develop intuitive, trusted, user-centered AI experiences.

• Set product success metrics and utilize customer feedback, experimentation, analytics, and market research to enhance AI products.

• Partner with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI practices and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Balance innovation with reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Convey product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assist in product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, customer success, sales, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, focusing on customer-facing software products.

• Proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI-powered products or collaborating with AI, machine learning, or data science teams.

• Strong skills in product strategy, including roadmap creation, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision making.

• Experience in converting emerging technologies into intuitive customer experiences.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-informed decision-making approach.

• Experience in leading intricate cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, and business teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.

• Capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Preferred: experience in recruiting, HR technology, or enterprise workflow software.

• Preferred: experience launching generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, agents, or other AI-powered product experiences.

• Preferred: familiarity with large language models, machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation methodologies.

• Preferred: experience with responsible AI principles, explainability, fairness, privacy, and emerging AI regulations.

• Preferred: experience balancing innovation with enterprise-level reliability, security, and customer trust.
