This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Direct the roadmap and strategy for the product domain, overseeing the journey from problem identification to delivery and subsequent iterations post-launch.
• Establish evaluation standards for model-driven surfaces by creating evaluation sets, identifying potential failure modes, and understanding the rollback strategy prior to implementation.
• Develop product prototypes by leveraging insights into model strengths and weaknesses.
• Deliver small, high-quality AI features directly when rapid learning is the priority.
• Make informed product decisions regarding agent autonomy, human-in-the-loop requirements, and the evolution of autonomy in relation to system trust.
• Utilize prompting and context design to directly influence product behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers on technical architecture, challenge existing assumptions, propose alternatives, and impact design choices.
• Work alongside Design and Research teams to create a user-friendly and comprehensible UX.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on messaging for releases, training initiatives, rollout processes, and gathering adoption feedback.
• Monitor metrics related to quality/accuracy distribution, latency, cost-per-task, adoption rates, and growth.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for a roadmap from strategy to delivered outcomes.
• Proven experience in delivering AI/LLM-driven features in a production environment, including accountability for evaluation and quality standards.
• Practical knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses inherent in various LLMs and model families.
• Capability to prototype in alignment with model capabilities, avoiding the misconception of AI as a black box.
• Strong technical background and comfort discussing architectural details.
• Ability to evaluate model selection, latency, costs, and the distinctions between deterministic and LLM-based logic.
• Proficiency in defining and reasoning about evaluation sets and failure modes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success during product releases.
• A strong ownership mentality, viewing outcomes as a personal responsibility.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Codex, Claude, OpenClaw, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing personal agents or automated workflows.
• History of delivering features while adhering to stringent privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• E-Verify participation may be required in certain locations, as mandated by law.
• Nice to have: Experience with LLM observability/evaluation tools such as Braintrust or LangSmith.
• Nice to have: A background in engineering or data science prior to transitioning to product management.
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B contexts, particularly in UX/market research or insights/feedback.
• Nice to have: Comfort with developing rapid prototypes/spikes and integrating features directly into the product.
