This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership and program management for the entire portfolio of AI initiatives within Gas Power Services.
• Ensure cross-portfolio visibility across Services AI initiatives.
• Oversee the AI initiative pipeline, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Responsible for program-level status reporting and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Manage the centralized intake process for new AI use cases and requests.
• Assess, prioritize, and direct incoming ideas.
• Identify duplicate submissions and explore opportunities for merging or consolidating efforts.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, comparing AI token expenditure against business value and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop and sustain portfolio health and ROI dashboards.
• Deliver insights on value realization to leadership and initiate corrective measures.
• Establish and uphold standards for responsible AI usage, data management, model oversight, and solution lifecycle governance.
• Collaborate with DT and enterprise governance stakeholders to ensure adherence to GEV AI policies.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks.
• Lead discovery and ideation processes to pinpoint high-value AI transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and structured evaluations with business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a prioritized transformation roadmap.
• Develop training content, enablement materials, and upskilling programs to enhance AI literacy and practical capabilities.
• Coordinate content calendars and delivery schedules.
• Promote cross-portfolio visibility, eliminate redundancy, document standard processes, and support organizational transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in program/portfolio management, digital transformation, or operational leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and monitoring portfolio-level KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI assessment.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks, standards, or compliance programs.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience with Python or GenAI techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with Services, Field Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations environments.
• Experience with Field Service outage planning processes, covering resources, tools, sourcing, and training.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Service Manager, Outage Manager, or CPM.
• Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer needs, and budgeting/financial processes.
• Strong systems experience within the Services domain.
• Experience in building and managing intake processes, portfolio dashboards, or PMO functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Change agent with significant credibility and influence within the organization.
• Proven commitment to process improvement.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or an equivalent quality certification.
• Formal Lean Training/certification, including Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
