AI Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance applications and workflows powered by AI.

• Create integrations with CRM systems, calendars, communication tools, and other third-party platforms.

• Enhance the performance of AI agents through prompt engineering, tool integrations, and workflow enhancements.

• Assess new AI models and technologies for possible adoption.

• Construct and manage applications utilizing React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Develop new features and improvements based on the requirements of the business and clients.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

• Engage in testing, debugging, and ongoing enhancements of the platform.

• Monitor the performance of applications and the health of the system.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments.

• Support cloud deployments, updates, and security maintenance tasks.

• Keep technical documentation and operational procedures up to date.

• Stay abreast of developments in AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

• Take part in product planning and solution design discussions.

• Work closely with leadership, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Share ideas for new features and enhancements to the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Practical experience in building applications with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, or comparable platforms.

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript.

• Experience in integrating APIs and third-party software solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies is preferred.

• Background in developing AI agents, automation tools, or workflow solutions is preferred.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and large language models is preferred.

• Experience in SaaS, professional services, legal technology, financial services, or B2B software environments is preferred.

• Background in a startup or high-growth company is preferred.
