Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, which includes PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Engage in both frontend and backend development as necessary to enhance the overall product.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to transform vague requirements into functional solutions.

• Independently diagnose intricate issues and drive them to resolution.

• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards across the team.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational engineering background, prioritizing fundamentals over specific technologies.

• Experience with or eagerness to learn the Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps.

• Proficient in working with data and backend systems.

• Possess senior-level problem-solving skills; self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Flourishes in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and enjoys close cooperation with a cross-functional team.

• Communicates effectively and transparently with both technical and stakeholder audiences.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Certain positions may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
