AI Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain architectures for AI solutions and integrations.

• Ensure smooth connectivity between AI platforms and enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and identity/security services.

• Create the roadmap for the AI platform and convert business needs into target architectures, solution designs, and phased implementation strategies.

• Oversee and manage the Langdock AI platform, including its architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management.

• Establish and uphold standards, policies, security controls, and operating models for the AI platform.

• Provide consultation and support to Business Groups in the identification, planning, architecture, and integration of AI use cases.

• Lead and execute AI initiatives across the organization.

• Assess new AI technologies and formulate strategic recommendations for enterprise-wide adoption.

• Promote user engagement through enablement, best practices, and stakeholder involvement.

• Manage relationships with platform vendors and external partners.

• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services.

• Practical experience in governing and operating enterprise AI platforms within a large organizational setting.

• Deep understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience in managing cross-functional and international projects.

• Outstanding communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Willingness to travel internationally to support Business Groups, workshops, and project endeavors.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Knowledge of German is advantageous.
