AI Operator – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Configure AI assistants with integrated tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, email, Metricool, the website, and CRM.

• Manage distinct chats or projects dedicated to social media, SEO, outreach, and sales follow-ups.

• Create a definitive source of truth that includes brand voice, pricing, and verified information.

• Strategize and generate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and the blog.

• Assist in outreach and sales follow-ups, ensuring drafts are reviewed prior to sending.

• Revise the website, encompassing updates to pages, titles, and links.

• Verify AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and any fabricated information.

• Provide reports on outcomes using Search Console and analytics tools.

• Archive effective prompts, templates, and checklists to enhance productivity over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Genuine, hands-on daily experience utilizing AI tools; examples are required.

• Understanding of marketing fundamentals: content, social media, SEO, and email.

• Exceptional written English skills, along with proficiency in Spanish.

• Keen attention to detail with the discretion to know when to seek assistance.

• Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, a CRM, and Google Workspace.

• Careful handling of data, logins, and account access.

• Availability to work during US business hours.

• Experience with Claude and related tools (preferred).

• Familiarity with Metricool, Instantly, or similar platforms (preferred).

• Background in managing marketing for a small business (preferred).
