AI Micro-Drama Scriptwriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Craft 1–3 minute micro-drama episodes and comprehensive series arcs utilizing Claude, GPT, and various AI tools.

• Create compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.

• Develop suspenseful cliffhangers that encourage viewers to continue to the next episode.

• Write scenes that are tailored for strong, authentic, and cinematic AI visuals.

• Experiment with new formats and evaluate performance metrics.

• Discontinue ineffective formats or strategies.

• Take ownership of scripts from inception to completion for AI-generated vertical micro-drama series aimed at US women aged 35–55.

• Complete a text-based task during the application process and participate in a trial period if selected.

• Exceptional writing skills in English at a native level.

• Ability to create engaging narratives filled with tension, clear stakes, emotional depth, and satisfying resolutions.

• Strong clarity in writing; each scene serves a distinct purpose, ensuring the viewer always understands the context.

• Capability to identify plot inconsistencies and logical flaws in personal work and AI-generated content.

• Keen attention to detail regarding character names, timelines, and continuity.

• Ability to recognize and question subpar ideas.

• Skills in visual storytelling and an understanding of high-quality, believable on-screen visuals.

• Eagerness to experiment and explore new concepts.

• Familiarity with platforms like ReelShort, DramaBox, or similar, along with insights into their effectiveness.

• Capability to review final episodes against scripts, pinpoint unclear or inaccurate elements, and provide constructive feedback.

• Experience in short-form video, soap operas, telenovelas, or romance fiction is a plus.

• Background in prompting for image and video models is an added advantage.

• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours during standard EET working hours for full-time positions.

• Valid self-employment documentation for freelance or B2B engagements.
