AI Marketing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify repetitive manual workflows within marketing and transform them using AI-driven solutions.

• Develop and implement agentic workflows encompassing content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.

• Design interconnected systems and data pipelines that automatically generate insights.

• Establish a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge base covering products, personas, and market intelligence.

• Automate campaign reporting, conduct post-event analyses, and provide continuous performance insights.

• Collaborate across departments to integrate data, systems, and workflows between Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

• Create the technical groundwork to enhance Flywire's visibility in AI-driven search environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.

• Capability to link developed solutions to pipeline and revenue results.

• Demonstrated ability to independently create effective AI-driven solutions for manual or inefficient workflows.

• Practical experience in building workflows and automations using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar.

• Strong technical skills and comfort with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

• Direct experience utilizing AI tools to significantly automate or enhance tasks beyond basic content generation.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and gain access to necessary data and systems.

• A clear perspective on the future of AI in marketing based on practical applications.

• A builder mindset evidenced through side projects, experiments, or internal tools.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
