AI Knowledge Specialist – Conversational Systems, Content Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of AI knowledge resources

• Development and ownership of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy across the organization

• Creation, maintenance, and evolution of a centralized knowledge base (e.g., Guru or similar platforms)

• Assurance of editorial quality and organization of content in accordance with established content standards

• Compliance with documentation requirements as per the EU AI Act

• Readiness for Voice Bot & Chatbot

• Accountable for both technical and content-related readiness of bots

• Development and maintenance of intent hierarchies, prompt templates, and retrieval strategies

• Ongoing enhancement of bot response quality through rigorous testing and analysis

• Serve as the technical liaison among the knowledge team, bot development, and data science

• Content Architecture

• Design a scalable, multilingual, and multi-channel content architecture

• Establish governance policies for content ownership, review processes, and quality standards

• Monitor knowledge gaps based on metrics from bot performance

• Project Management – Transformation & AI Strategy

• Independently plan and manage strategic AI and transformation projects (end-to-end)

• Manage stakeholders and risks while preparing business cases

• Develop and maintain project structure plans, milestone schedules, and status reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, conversational AI, content architecture, or related AI fields

• Demonstrated experience in building and operating AI-driven knowledge or bot systems in production settings

• Several years of experience leading transformation or AI initiatives

• Experience in functional leadership of teams and managing stakeholders at the executive level

• Practical experience with GetGuru or similar knowledge base platforms is a plus

• Solid understanding of RAG architectures, chunking strategies, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

• Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably

• Strong analytical capabilities and a focus on data-driven decision-making

• High initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and a consistent orientation towards results

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
