Content LiveOps Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop Content LiveOps from the ground up and create the operational rhythm.

• Take ownership of a weekly content release schedule for new games, intellectual properties, and other content.

• Conceptualize, organize, and execute time-limited events as the program evolves.

• Specify release requirements, including teaser moments, custom or animated icons, countdown treatments, in-app announcements, and communications.

• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to provide release support.

• Soft-launch new content and games.

• Manage the process of transitioning content from ready to live.

• Work alongside the Content Experimentation team to evaluate event length, timing, locking, positioning, and packaging.

• Leverage test outcomes to enhance future releases.

• Ensure that releases launch on time and achieve measurable improvements in engagement and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a content release schedule, live-ops strategy, or operational live-events pipeline.

• Ability to work comfortably within a weekly operating rhythm.

• Strong skills in cross-functional coordination.

• Proficiency in LiveOps and performance data.

• Experience in a gaming environment where content is frequently updated.

• Familiarity with time-limited or seasonal events is a plus.

• Knowledge of subscription or content platforms aimed at younger or family audiences is advantageous.

• Fluency in English is a must; formal certifications are not required.

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, particularly in asynchronous, long-form formats.
