This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Recognize repetitive manual tasks across teams and create automations or connect systems utilizing Zapier, n8n, Make, Apps Script, or Python.
• Develop and sustain internal AI agents and assistants for practical business applications.
• Facilitate company-wide AI adoption through brief clinics, sharing best practices, and enabling colleagues.
• Oversee the ordering, setup, handover, and return of laptops.
• Manage software access, permissions, and inventory of licenses.
• Implement IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily internal tool issues.
• Ensure maintenance of access and security hygiene.
• Take charge of internal IT and operations documentation.
• Balance the reliability of core IT operations with workflow automations, tool integrations, and internal AI agents.
• Report directly to the COO as a member of the Growth Support Team.
• 1–4 years of practical experience in business operations, IT operations, internal tools, or technical generalist roles.
• Experience in creating and maintaining live automations using Zapier, n8n, Make, Apps Script, or Python.
• Capability to read, modify, and write small scripts.
• Hands-on experience in developing tools or workflows with modern AI technologies.
• Strong enthusiasm for assisting colleagues with everyday technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have: Experience in Google Workspace or Atlassian administration, including Jira and Confluence.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Mobile Device Management or Identity and Access Management / SSO.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in the German language.
