AI Infrastructure Design Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain medium-complexity layouts and infrastructure for data halls.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing designs, as well as power and space planning tasks.

• Perform assessments of infrastructure and suggest enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment initiatives.

• Address design conflicts and assist in resolving issues.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company and industry standards.

• Aid in tracking project delivery timelines and milestones.

• Mentor junior engineers and evaluate basic design tasks.

• Work autonomously on moderately complex projects.

• Participate in process enhancements and technical standard developments.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure and associated design standards.

• 2–4 years of applicable experience in data center or telecommunications infrastructure settings.

• Expertise in AutoCAD and infrastructure documentation practices.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
