AI Infrastructure Design Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain medium-complexity designs for data hall layouts and infrastructure.

• Execute rack elevations, cable routing plans, and power and space management tasks.

• Perform assessments of infrastructure and suggest enhancements for efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with various teams during the implementation and deployment processes.

• Resolve design conflicts and assist in troubleshooting efforts.

• Ensure that design documentation adheres to both company and industry standards.

• Aid in tracking project delivery schedules and milestones.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and evaluate basic design outputs.

• Independently manage moderately complex projects.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and technical standards.

• Manage multiple simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and design standards.

• 2–4 years of applicable experience in data center or telecommunications infrastructure settings.

• Expertise in AutoCAD and documentation of infrastructure.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
