AI Generalist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage directly with AI systems.

• Assess and analyze model outputs.

• Detect inconsistencies and offer constructive feedback.

• Organize information to enhance model learning.

• Participate in AI training and development initiatives.

• No prior experience necessary.

• A technical background is not mandatory.

• A keen interest in artificial intelligence and a desire to learn about the construction, evaluation, and enhancement of AI models.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate observations clearly.

• A thoughtful, reflective mindset, including the capacity to explain reasoning and acknowledge uncertainties.

• Must be independently authorized to fulfill deliverables in the contractor’s jurisdiction without visa sponsorship or support.

• Contractors requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible.

• Must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet.
