AI Expert, Automation & Development Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Execute customer projects utilizing Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, and Supabase.

• Independently design, test, and document automation processes.

• Integrate external APIs, webhooks, and tools, including Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheets.

• Conduct basic debugging and resolve automation-related issues.

• Liaise with customers regarding technical specifications and project progress.

• Contribute to system architecture and design solutions.

• Gradually assume more responsibility for project management.

• Potentially oversee all fulfillment processes as the Head of Operations.

• Manage additional technical staff and freelancers.

• Play a strategic role in scaling the delivery function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Make.com and n8n (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Lovable, Supabase, and Zapier (advantageous).

• Strong foundational understanding of API logic, webhooks, and data flows.

• Basic programming skills, such as JavaScript or Python.

• Experience with business tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace.

• Exposure to GPT integrations and AI agents (desirable).

• Systems thinking and a methodical approach to tasks.

• A mindset of ownership.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer interactions.

• Willingness to learn, ambition, and the ability to adapt quickly.

• Interest in process optimization, automation, and enhancing efficiency.
