AI Engineer, Software Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-agent architectures in a production environment.

• Create Context Engineering solutions tailored for long-duration sessions.

• Develop and enhance orchestration, traceability, and governance frameworks for agents.

• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools made available for agent utilization.

• Develop and refine RAG pipelines, encompassing ingestion, indexing, embeddings, and semantic search.

• Construct and manage version-controlled skills and knowledge repositories.

• Create APIs, parsers, and processing pipelines for source code.

• Establish observability, metrics, and quality assurance frameworks for AI solutions.

• Integrate AI agents into the software development, testing, and validation lifecycle.

• Engage in defining and advancing the platform architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with multi-agent architectures in a production setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Context Engineering and Harness Engineering.

• Experience in developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

• Demonstrated experience in building RAG solutions in a production environment.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Chroma, or similar technologies.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for API, parser, and pipeline development.

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude SDK, or equivalent technologies.

• Understanding of version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.

• Experience with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Ability to assess and define strategies involving MCP, RAG, and Skills based on the solution context.

• Preferred: Experience with PowerBuilder and/or Sybase ASE.

• Understanding of AutoIt and desktop interface automation.

• Experience in modernizing or migrating legacy systems.

• Knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.

• Experience with the Claude API and Anthropic SDK.

• Expertise in metrics and observability for AI pipelines.

• Involvement in production AI projects.

• Knowledge of SpecDev, B.MAD, or comparable agent-driven development methodologies.

• Hands-on mindset complemented by strong execution capabilities.

• Autonomy in translating architectural direction into tangible deliverables.

• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
