AI Engineer – SDLC, AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create systems that enable real-time collaboration between AI agents and developers.

• Develop and deploy agentic systems that can plan tasks, generate code, perform tests, and launch applications.

• Incorporate large language models (LLMs), particularly Claude, into operational workflows.

• Design layers for tool usage/function calling and orchestrating agents.

• Execute long-context management and multi-step reasoning processes.

• Establish architecture for scalable, distributed AI systems using AWS.

• Assess .NET and other ecosystems to identify the most suitable tools for various challenges.

• Work alongside engineering teams to transition architecture into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building or designing AI/agentic systems.

• In-depth knowledge of LLM integrations, particularly Claude or comparable models.

• Familiarity with function calling/tool-use patterns, agent orchestration, reasoning processes, prompt engineering, and context management.

• Practical experience with AWS and intricate cloud-native architectures.

• Strong foundation in distributed systems and scalable platform design.

• Direct experience with systems developed using .NET C# and Angular.

• Primary focus on SDLC-AI Driven development.

• Capability to make significant architectural decisions in rapidly changing environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level, both written and spoken.

• Nice-to-have: experience in creating developer platforms or coding tools.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Replit, Cursor, or AI-assisted integrated development environments (IDEs).

• Nice-to-have: experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

• Nice-to-have: background in DevOps automation or AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines.

• Nice-to-have: exposure to product-led engineering settings.
