AI Engineer, Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions and agent-based systems.

• Build robust, scalable applications ready for deployment in production environments.

• Develop solutions leveraging LLMs and AI agents.

• Integrate into a consolidated service provided by Logicalis for a major client.

• Participate in data engineering projects, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data strategy, governance, integration, and architecture.

• Develop REST APIs and microservices.

• Deploy and operate microservices in production settings.

• Collaborate with both national and international clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, Backend Developer, or AI Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of backend development in Python.

• Experience in designing and implementing agent-based systems with LLMs, including agents, workflows, tools, and process orchestration.

• Experience integrating language models and Generative Artificial Intelligence services through APIs and SDKs.

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms; AWS or Microsoft Azure experience is particularly valued.

• Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.

• Understanding of frameworks and patterns for agent-based applications; familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI is beneficial.

• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices, preferably with FastAPI or Flask.

• Experience with containerization using Docker.

• Proficiency in Git and experience with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of scalable, distributed, and service-oriented architectures.

• Experience deploying and operating microservices in Kubernetes or AWS ECS is advantageous.

• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool/function calling, and context management is a plus.

• Knowledge of observability, traceability, evaluation, and monitoring of applications based on LLMs and agents is desirable.
