AI Engineer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of intelligent and scalable applications.

• Develop chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents.

• Maintain reliability, security, and performance within production settings.

• Design and construct applications based on LLM technology.

• Integrate and coordinate model APIs, including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, and other service providers.

• Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Manage memory, context, and embeddings effectively.

• Establish guardrails and validate responses.

• Optimize latency and manage token costs efficiently.

• Implement monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production.

• Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to pinpoint and address bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background or specialization in LLMs.

• Proficiency in backend development using Python or Node.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of Docker.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of vector databases like Chroma and OpenSearch.

• Understanding of AI security, including prompt injection and context control.

• Knowledge of logging, tracing, and observability practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
