AI Engineer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and build LLM applications, which include chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents.

• Integrate and manage model APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.

• Design RAG pipelines.

• Oversee memory, context, and embeddings management.

• Establish guardrails and conduct response validation.

• Enhance latency and manage token costs.

• Implement monitoring and observability for LLM systems operating in production.

• Work collaboratively with technical and analytics teams to pinpoint and address bottlenecks.

• Direct the development of intelligent, scalable applications.

• Guarantee reliability, security, and performance in production settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency or understanding of backend development using Python or Node.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Understanding of Docker.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with LangChain or comparable frameworks.

• Knowledge of vector databases, including Chroma and OpenSearch.

• Understanding of AI security concepts, including prompt injection and context management.

• Awareness of logging, tracing, and observability practices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.

• Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.

• A mindset focused on scalability.

• Ability to think systemically.

• Clear communication skills with technical and analytics teams.
