AI Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions across the organization

• Create, train, and refine machine learning and deep learning models

• Construct AI-based applications and tools that integrate machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

• Clean, transform, and enhance both structured and unstructured data while executing feature extraction

• Collect business requirements and convert business needs into AI-oriented solutions

• Launch AI models into production utilizing cloud infrastructure, containerization, and MLOps methodologies

• Monitor model performance, assess drift, and proactively retrain models

• Implement fairness-aware algorithms, explainability techniques, and methods for bias detection

• Investigate AI trends, academic literature, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

• Develop technical documentation, guides, tutorials, presentations, and training materials

• Execute additional duties as assigned

• Report directly to the Chief Data Officer

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models

• Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or comparable machine learning frameworks

• Proficient in Python, R, or Julia

• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI

• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration

• Understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and other AI disciplines

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

• Capability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions

• Excellent communication skills for conveying AI concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience handling large datasets and data pipelines

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications

• Preferred fields include Computer Science, Information Security, Management of Information Systems, or related areas
