This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the creation and integration of AI components, including LLMs, agents, predictive models, and intelligent pipelines, into applications and corporate systems, particularly in financial, tax, and regulatory environments.
• Assist in establishing the technical architecture of solutions, taking into account scalability, resilience, security, governance, cost, and sustainability.
• Conduct technical reviews and critical assessments of models, pipelines, integrations, and architectural choices.
• Convert strategic business requirements into impactful AI solutions.
• Provide solutions for analysis, automation, simulations, and decision support concerning Tax Reform.
• Keep technical documentation current, ensuring traceability, reusability, and evolutionary continuity.
• Mentor and nurture less experienced team members.
• Create presentations, technical materials, and alignment content for various audiences.
• Engage in demand prioritization and scope management activities.
• Disseminate knowledge regarding AI frameworks, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and intelligent applications.
• Facilitate technical discussions with DevOps, Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend evolutionary paths that align with the company’s strategy.
• Proficient in Python or Java, with experience in utilizing AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and generative AI, including LLMs, agents, RAG architectures, and protocols like MCP.
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, such as modularization, testing, observability, version control, code review, and delivery quality.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud services for deploying, monitoring, and operating AI solutions in production settings.
• Capability to design integrations among models, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Experience in documenting technical decisions, models, workflows, and architectures.
• Proficiency in translating business challenges into scalable and sustainable AI solutions.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, standards definition, and team mentoring.
• Strong collaboration skills with both business and technology sectors.
• Critical thinking ability and a systems-level perspective.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
• Continuous interest in trends and responsible AI usage.
