AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain comprehensive AI solutions, emphasizing robust and scalable LLM pipelines alongside agentic workflows.

• Create and enhance RAG systems and AI agents utilizing contemporary frameworks.

• Develop and incorporate production-level APIs (gRPC, MCP) for the global trading platform and internal business divisions.

• Evaluate agent performance through agent tracing, automated assessments, latency, and error-rate metrics.

• Implement evaluation-driven development using RAG-eval, LLM-as-a-judge methodologies, and model benchmarking.

• Partner with Product and Data teams to establish and uphold MCP servers and data-serving layers utilizing real-time enterprise data.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, linters, type-checkers, documentation, and code reviews.

• Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to enhance engineering efficiency and disseminate insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering, demonstrating a successful history of deploying systems in production.

• Proficient in writing modern, Pythonic code.

• Strong grasp of AI Agent architectures, encompassing context engineering, tool invocation, skills, and agent loops.

• Practical experience in developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or custom tool-calling interfaces.

• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and data frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.

• Experience in constructing and maintaining production-grade APIs (REST, gRPC, and MCP).

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, pgvector, and advanced search techniques (semantic, hybrid, BM25) for AI Agents.

• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps principles, including basic observability (MLflow or Langfuse), automated evaluations, and prompt optimizations.

• Strong communication abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively in an Agile, cross-functional environment in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of engineering best practices.

• Practical experience in monitoring application health and performance utilizing Prometheus and Grafana.

• Nice to have: hands-on experience in AI Agent evaluation, financial systems/trading or regulated fintech, AI security and red teaming, adversarial testing, anti-jailbreak policies, cost and latency optimization, context compression, and prompt caching.
