This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design and develop scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications from start to finish.
• Create LLM-driven workflows and prompt strategies for adaptive, self-learning, multi-agent systems.
• Develop intelligent AI agents utilizing LangChain and LangGraph for NL-to-SQL, autonomous task agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Choose, customize, fine-tune, and enhance state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Design and manage complete ML/GenAI pipelines, covering training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Create APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks to incorporate AI into enterprise products.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices by addressing hallucinations, bias, and reliability challenges.
• Collaborate directly with customers, product teams, and engineering to translate business requirements into robust AI architecture.
• Guide engineers and contribute to the long-term strategy of the AI platform.
• Over 6 years of experience in traditional ML, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Extensive experience with LLMs (such as GPT), prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including API wrappers, third-party integrations, and internal tooling.
• Solid understanding of Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience in NLP, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Llama/Llama2, Azure OpenAI, and other open-source models.
• Knowledge in designing distributed, cloud-native architectures (microservices, REST APIs).
• Proficient in AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker/Kubernetes.
• MLOps/LLMOps experience, including training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Comfortable with a startup environment and possess a strong ownership mentality.
• Preferred: Experience in LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, RLHF, PEFT).
• Preferred: Skills in performance optimization (GPU/TPU acceleration, quantization, pruning, distillation).
• Preferred: Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Preferred: Previous consulting or solution-architecture experience in delivering enterprise AI products.
